Elegy for String Orchestra
This is a short piece for string orchestra I composed as a demo piece for a film project. The film was never produced, but the piece remains, so I thought I'd share it. The beautiful video interpretation is courtesy of Margie Russomanno. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=krTk5GuI5IU

Keyboard Jackpot for Sasha Matson recordings!
These photos are from two great days of recording the music of composer Sasha Matson. The sessions were in June at the famous East West Studios. Sasha writes in a very appealing style of modern classical music that is always engaging and beautiful. Some of the parts were challenging, but the terrific orchestra put together by concertmaster Peter Kent pulled it all off brilliantly. The keyboards were: Bechstein piano, Neupert two-manual harpsichord, and celeste.
